Sabarot Chia Seeds, 400g

Chia seeds are small black seeds, similar to flax or sesame. They have a crunchy texture and mild, nutty flavour. Widely regarded as a superfood, these tiny seeds are packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Sprinkle chia seeds over salads or stir them through porridge and Greek yoghurt. They’re a great addition to a healthy diet. You can use them as an egg replacement in vegan baking.

With their nutty taste, chia seeds work well in baked goods and smoothies. Add them to flapjacks and cereal bars for lunch boxes and snacking at the gym.

For a nourishing breakfast, soak the seeds in almond milk overnight. The result is a creaming pudding similar to overnight oats. Flavour your chia pudding with cinnamon or top with fresh berries.
